Why Domaine Botania ?

Domaine Botania is a name born from the land and the living world.

The word Domaine first evokes our agricultural roots. It speaks of a real place, cultivated and inhabited, a farm, gardens, an orchard taking root, medicinal plants growing in rhythm with the seasons. It represents the territory we tend with care, where every crop is part of a long-term vision, respectful of natural cycles and the balance of the living world.

Domaine also conveys continuity and heritage. It reflects a family craft passed down, refined and deepened over the years, and placed in service of authentic products that are accessible and deeply connected to the land.

Botania refers to botany, but above all to our profound relationship with the plant world.

This word encompasses the entirety of our connection to plants, our traditional herbal heritage rooted in ancestral knowledge, and our expertise supported by modern science, which sheds light on and strengthens these practices. We believe in thoughtful herbalism, where tradition and scientific rigor move forward together.

Botania also reflects our expertise in plant cultivation, from seed to harvest, as well as our detailed knowledge of species identification, their uses, properties and interactions.

Domaine Botania is a broader, more encompassing name, one that opens new doors while remaining faithful to our roots. It brings together, under a single identity, our agricultural, botanical and artisanal approach.
