Infusion Gardienne des Mémoires - Lady's mantle and Sage

Raspberry leaf, oat tops, nettle, lady’s mantle, sage, chicory and/or dandelion.

Most of our plants are grown, harvested, and carefully processed at Domaine Botania.

Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women.

Hot Infusion

Add 1 teaspoon of the blend to a cup of hot water (just below boiling).
Steep for 5 to 10 minutes, then strain and enjoy.

Cold Infusion

Prepare the hot infusion as directed above, then strain.
Allow to cool in the refrigerator. Sweeten to taste, if desired.
You may also add a splash of lemon or cranberry juice.

The cold infusion keeps for 3 to 4 days in the refrigerator.

Tip: Freeze the infusion into ice cubes and add them to your glass to preserve its full aromatic richness without dilution.
